This pork and poultry rub comes from Matt’s competition BBQ days. Many folks have gotten paid using this rub on their ribs, pork and chicken entries at KCBS and IBCA competitions. Texas sugar is also amazing on turkey. And btw, it’s no sweeter than our Gospel AP and honey hog rubs. We just love the catchy name.
